The PH-7 is designed for a tub rather than a shower stall. The PH-7 fits in the back of the tub and flips up out of the way for normal tub use. The weight of the person is distributed across the tub rather than from the wall. This is a great seat for anyone who washes their feet or shaves their legs in the shower!
