The 38008 Converts from a manual wheelchair/commode to a 4-wheeled companion/transport chair to a shower chair/commode and back again in seconds.
Swing-back desk arms make patient transfer easy. Brakes on both 24″ wheels, AND the 2 small back wheels. Cut out centerpiece is removable while patient remains seated in chair, but can be kept in place for chair/wheelchair use. Thick 1-5/8″ seat cushion is removable for easy cleaning. Swing away footrests. Chair is lightweight enough to be self-propelled using wheel hand rims. Ergonomically designed rear push-bar makes moving the patient easy on the caregiver. Chair will clear doorways up to 27-1/2″, Seat width: 18-1/2″, Seat depth: 17″, Seat height: 21-1/2″, Distance between arms 19″, Toilet clearance 17″, Weight of chair: 45 pounds, Weight capacity: 250 pounds, 1 year warranty.
